Jack is a full-time firefighter and Nationally Registered Paramedic in the state of Maine with 17 years of experience in the emergency medical/fire service. He is an engaging and experienced trainer, and received his credentials as a Firefighter 1 and 2 instructor in 2020. Jack is also active in supporting his local- and county-level emergency management team for event planning, training, and operations plans.

Tim is an Emergency Preparedness Manager with over 17 years of experience in operations and emergency management. The majority of that experience was within the Commonwealth with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation where he served as a Program Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Coordinator of Emergency Services, and as Deputy Director of Emergency Management for both MassDOT and the MBTA.
